Most of the bus routes quit working just before 10pm. If you get there immediately after 10pm, I would advocate remaining in Jeju City for the main evening; you will take the 3000's lines to a couple unique destinations, but These also quit at 12am. Taxis will almost always be waiting around to get you somewhere, though the lines are always lengthy
